Terms of Service

infraprice.dev is a pricing intelligence service for developers and engineering teams. We crawl the public pricing pages of selected dev infrastructure providers on a weekly basis, detect structural changes, and deliver alerts and digests to subscribers.

The service includes a public dashboard, provider detail pages, trend reports, and — for Pro and Team subscribers — daily alerts delivered by email and Slack webhook.

We track only publicly available pricing information. We do not access provider APIs, private documentation, or non-public systems.

Personal and commercial use of infraprice.dev is permitted. You may use the service to monitor pricing for your own projects, your team’s infrastructure decisions, or market research purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service or its data without written permission. Automated scraping of infraprice.dev beyond normal personal use is not permitted.

Pro and Team subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Pro or Team features until then.

We offer a 14-day full refund on Pro and Team subscriptions. If you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing, email hello@iterati.ai and we will issue a refund with no questions asked.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing data is current and accurately reflects each provider’s public pricing page at the time of crawl. However, we cannot guarantee that the data is complete, error-free, or reflects real-time pricing.

Providers may update their pricing between crawls. Changes may be detected with a delay of up to one week depending on our crawl schedule.

Always verify pricing directly with the provider before making purchasing decisions. infraprice.dev is a monitoring and alerting tool; it is not a substitute for reading a provider’s official pricing page.

infraprice.dev is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific pricing data is accurate at any given time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iterati Labs LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use infraprice.dev, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on inaccurate pricing data.

Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to all registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
