Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum information needed to deliver the service:

• Email address — required for account creation and alert delivery.
• Subscription status — whether you are on the Free, Pro, or Team tier, and your billing period. Managed by Stripe.
• Alert preferences — which providers you watch, which severity thresholds trigger an alert, and your preferred delivery channel (email or Slack).

We do not collect usage analytics beyond anonymous page view counts via Plausible. Plausible is cookieless and does not track individuals across sessions.

We use the data listed above solely to send you the alerts and digest you signed up for. We do not use your data to train machine-learning models, build user profiles, or run behavioural advertising.

Your email address is used only to deliver alerts and transactional messages (receipts, password resets). You can unsubscribe from alerts at any time using the link in any email.

We use the following processors to operate infraprice.dev:

• Clerk — authentication and user management. Privacy policy →
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management. Privacy policy →
• Resend — transactional email delivery. Privacy policy →
• Plausible — anonymous, cookieless page-view analytics. Privacy policy →
• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery. Infrastructure only; no user data stored.
• Neon — database. Your account data and preferences are stored here. Hosted in the US.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with any third party beyond the processors listed above.

infraprice.dev tracks only public pricing pages published by the providers we monitor. We do not access any private data belonging to you or to the providers we track.

We do not sell data. We do not run advertising. We do not correlate your account with your usage of the providers we monitor.

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Account deletion removes your email, alert preferences, and watchlist from our systems within 30 days.
